Ji Chang Wook, Sooyoung (SNSD) and Sung Dong Il have confirmed to join the new drama “If You Say Your Wish”.
On September 28, Ji Chang Wook, Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung, and Sung Dong Il confirmed to star together in the upcoming drama “Tell Me Your Wish”.
“Tell Me Your Wish” is a TV series inspired by a reality organization in the Netherlands that fulfills the wishes of terminal cancer patients. A touching story unfolds when a young man who has been pushed to his limits, by a life full of hardships, arrives at a community health care hospital under the orders of community service and together with The staff of the hospital fulfill the various final wishes of people who are at the end of their lives.
Ji Chang Wook will take on the role of Yoon Gye Rye who struggled with the harsh life in the orphanage, and almost lost his will to live. He started volunteering at the hospice hospital due to an accident. and he struggles one last time to stay alive.
Sung Dong Il will play the role of Kang Tae Sik. The “Reply 1988” actor plays the captain of a volunteer team at a hospital that takes care of the elderly after losing the meaning of life.
Meanwhile, SNSD’s Sooyong was cast as Seo In Joo, a nurse with a lively personality who always brings hope to patients. She is a symbol of vitality and is always obsessed with health problems.
“Tell Me Your Wish” is scheduled to begin filming on September 27, 2021.
